Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Heald College FA has made (another) major screwup. Apparently the "latest and greatest" new computer system implimented in April 2012 was a big mess and a LOT of students both former and current are being sent to collections. It looks like over a 1,000 "students" did not get the correct loans or grants amount in the Spring Quarter. If you are a "former" student then "you are on your own" as FA won't help you but just tell you to "pay the bill". It always amazes me that Heald administrators (some of them at least) honestly believe that dissatisfied customers just walk off the face of the earth. When you tell the Heald Admin that perhaps one of the reasons that enrollment is dropping off the cliff is because dissatisfied customers might be getting the word out on the street that the product is poor gets a blank stare.
