@Dr. Who. The latest Heald admin plan is to use sales people with BS degrees as adjunct faculty. Having tutored more than one Heald Gen Ed student, then it really does not matter too much in who fills the "instructor" chair. The other plan is to reduce by 10% the pay for faculty. The theory is that the laid off sales people will be more than happy to become instructors as they "know the system".
