Mediocre management boots good employees because they do not have the same mediocre values and principles or there afraid that employee will identify how mediocre management is or inform upper management all the bad things the CD, DOE, EM and some EA. Because there are selective groups of people that do whatever they want and the one that has the balls to bring it to their attention shortly get booted because the CD, DOE, EM and some EA covered the BS and then fired the whistle blower. Who in the hell disciplines bad management at the campus level when you have some many complaints in HR. If you have bad management in campus you have demoralized employees. One Senior EA told me once this campus is so screwed up that the only way to corrected is firing all the management. It would have been more cost effective and it would have brought back the confidence employees needed to see more productivity. Upper management just trusts their middle man too much. I believe if you have complaint in HR investigate and boot that bad apple out. Not the employee that had the balls to bring it to their attention. HR is BS to they also cover up, they don’t want to let upper management how bad the do there job.
