Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

The goof balls at the top have no idea how to fix the problems at UoP. Simply changing direction every time something doesn't work out is no way to run a company. Consistancy breeds believeablitiy. Any good company will have basic standards for daily operations. When I worked for UoP the rules changed so often it was silly. Change is good as long as you understand the "why" for the change. The goof balls at the top ought to have considered talking with their Front Line employees for some help. They might have been surprised to find they had a lot of employees who would have been able to help them see the problems. One needs to be part of the solution not the problem...the over paid goof balls just don't get it!!
