So now that things will settle down next week, I wonder how many employees will continue to call in sick or perform poorly. The Culture continues to decay and Executives need to figure out a way to encourage us to go the extra distance and progress with their careers. I'm beyond angry at the delay in Career Progression and our Merit Raises. It's completely unacceptable that Apollo Group continues to make things worse and worse for each employee. If they're serious about making University of Phoenix the University of Choice, then you need tenured and positive employees. Having employees fear for their jobs each day will not do this. Investors are not buying APOL because they don't see an increase in enrollments. Want more enrollments? Offer a larger grant for students, keep employees happy and make OT available for employees. Academic Advisors won't create a "World-Class Experience" when they cover 450+ students
