The DOE is right. We can't expect to enroll 2/month and thrive. However, I was not enrolling 2. But the fact that you kept the 0-2 advisors means there was little work for the higher performers in some markets. You all got greedy and tried to outpace the market. And that is the struggle now. And then you tried to make it even keel by putting people in positions and thinking they could enroll just because everyone got a shot on the leads on the D2 system. But guess what? Ever since I had started here it was always a performance job and not everyone could hack it. The person doing 0-2 was always fired. But not in the last two years. And that is where you faltered. The organization hired a bunch of people and they couldn't be fired for the numbers but they just sat there the last 1-2 years enrolling very little. That is your fault and it hurt the 5 enrollment people. Those advisors could have been given that 1-2 extra students and been a 6-7 advisor. They also could have been given the additional D2 calls and been a 7-8 advisor. Because they are better at enrolling as evidenced by the higher number. The point is hiring too many people right before you killed the Matrix pretty much killed the organization. You kept people for 1-2 years that couldn't perform. And now you just lost some people who are stellar people just because the campus was shut down. You were left with no options so now you are bleeding people out who are ANGRY at having spent years working hard and have been or will be fired.
