Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I love my job at university of Phoenix and I am sure most of you did before you got let go. Most of the bad statements or crap posted in here is wrong. Every university or college is the world is for profit and out the make money so it can run. This was a business move and we had to develop a better plan than just sit there and put 0-2 students in a month. What makes any university run is students. If we don't have those we can't have teachers, managers , tech support, ea's and etc. some fat had to be trimmed based off a over load of divisions not pulling there weight. Lets start with ne division. Had been last in everything and enrolls at 2 students per a ea compared to west coast at 5 avg and other divisions sitting at 5 also. If you are a business man or women you will have to see the common sense here. I wish the best for everyone, but your only owed for the day you work.
