Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

People online are afraid for their jobs too, We get an email that online is not affected but many online campuses lost people yesteday. There are more layoffs to come. It has only just begun. Managment is lost, they dont know what to do except for talk about SSP and competencies and pointless waste of time recomendations when we should be strategizing how to get numbers and enrollment up. Enrollment is the heart of the company. If you are afraid for your job right now enrollment..do what u do best, do what you used to do 3 years ago. Ernoll! Fear is the greatest motivator.
