It is amazing to me that someone from UOP will come on here and still talk about the "vision" of the company. If they knew what the problem was they would understand it is fixable. They promote people who have no idea how to manage and motivate others, first this is a sales job in enrollment even if they don't want to call it that. Sales is all about attitude. They have started to manage by fear and that does not promote a good attitude. Hence, the numbers have dropped drastically. That is the bottom line, they took the relaxed, fun atmosphere out of UOP. It used to be a place that people enjoyed coming to work everyday not dreaded walking through the door. Micromanagement by people who do not have a clue never works with people who have to project to the public and if they were truly a company of "vision and foresight" they should know this. The drop in numbers is due to their lack of "vision". Having too many people at the top trying to justify their jobs so they come up with ridiculous "new" changes like Career Progression. Busy work that take the EA's away from their real job of enrolling and retaining students.
