Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

There are some DOEs that care, some that just love their six figure salaries & some that are just tripping on their title. We've had all of the above at our campus. Nicole Baum sound familiar?? She treated people like the scum that stuck to her front teeth (oh wait, that was lipstick), & was allowed to do so for TEN years! The company finally got rid of her once hr realized how big of a risk she was, but they never did anything to go back and help those people she traumatized for so many years or make sure the company's values were reinforced. She was just gone, and our TVP acted as if nothing ever happened. It's major flaws in the system like this that have repeatedly damaged a vulnerable corny during a challenging several years while the industry has attempted to adjust to new regulations.
