Tomorrow is D-Day for me at Heald. I would absolutely LOVE to stay, but the situation there doesn't warrant my loyalty. I love the students with whom I work; I know for a fact that may of them have never encountered a teacher who gives a shit about them (they've told me). I've been as committed a team player as a person can be but to do so any longer is unwise.
