If you have a company laptop it will automatically back up to the f-drive. Meaning that there is a very good chance the higher ups have access to it. In addition the company feels that the computer, documents and all of your email are their property. They also monitor and record your calls (and if they have NICE can listen to them. If you truly feel that your performance has been good and they do not have grounds to dismiss you I would contact legal counsel.
