I sympathize with the guys over 50 years who now have to retire abruptly. I think the union should be negotiating for them to keep their pension since there's no way for them to catch up or get a new job. Anyone under 50 should go to the new plan since they have more time to prepare. Dynegy, I know you are watching this blog, lets make this compromise. To the guys holding out for the new company, how can you be sure they will be better than Dynegy? We would rather be inside while we wait for the new guy. I hope we stop insulting one another on this blog. It's time for unity not divisiveness
