Idiot, they want to take money from us and have US pay their taxes. Regardless we are not voting on Dynegy paying their taxes, we are voting on rejecting or accepting a contract from a company that has no interest in being here. Why should we let them fundamentally change everything in the contract if they are not going to be here in a couple of Weeks. Get a clue and know what you're talking about.
