Thread regarding Dynegy Inc. layoffs

This is our gripe! You managers know we can get the Danskammer units up and running and our people can figure out the problem with Roseton. We have contacted NYISO and they still need power from DNE. Instead of trying to one up each other think about banding together and telling “upper management” we are here to make power not to be stressed day in and day out. We need these people they are good at what they do. You guys (lower management) have managed 115 union personnel in getting these units online safely and reliably when needed with a skeleton crew. These are your plants not Julius’s, Marty’s or Carl’s. Look at our safety record you should be proud, it’s the best in all of Dynegy. You Guys are a team Yes the Danes the Dons the Sues the Johns the Toms the Joes the Dans etc and the union, we are Dynegy 1 not Caroline, Carl and Marty. Where were they all weekend. Don’t you think we would like to be inside doing our jobs. Wrong is wrong wake up!
