Yes, we don't need an Enrollment Manager for every seven Enrollment Advisors

Yes, we don't need an Enrollment Manager for every seven Enrollment Advisors. They can ask half of them to step down and we'll still be on top. Does anybody hear any rumors on potential raises or Ushare? All I've heard is the raises will be pointless with the increase in Healthcare Premiums Apollo will force us to pay.

I can't believe how much things have changed in 2012. It used to be a fun place to work at and now our Leadership has consistently screwed the Employee over for 2+ years. Good quality people are leaving for competitors or doing other job opportunities. They still haven't told us the Employee Engagement Survey's because they know they're abysmal.

If Apollo Group actually cared about the employees they should immediately,

1 Ask 50% of Enrollment Managers to become Enrollment Advisors

2 Ask 1/3 of Directors to become something else or leave

3 Implement OT for Enrollment Advisors

4 Make Career Progression something that's automatic if you're fulfilling all education and work requirements. Not some pathetic 1 hour interview that everybody bullshits on

5 HIRE MORE FINANCE ADVISORS

6 Continue to add job possibilities for graduates.
