Hey conversion queen- love your points....very well articulated. The only part i want to challenge is we may have a SM on a PIP for performance but you can not know about that. That would be wrong and unethical to share one store managers poor performance strategy with other store managers. That always gets me when SM's get mad because they "percieve" you arent holding someone accountable when you may have them on a final & you just cant announce that to a district. have faith in your leaders that they know to do the right thing.
