In reality, the illiteracy of the people who lost their CCi jobs is significant because (a) those people never should have been hired by CCi or any other company, and (b) the fact that they got the boot is a step in the right direction. These are basic HR principles that are completely over the heads of many people who lost their jobs and want to blame someone else. Also, I'm voting for Obama. He was a professor, too.
