Regardless of whether the Dump is closing or not. They treat people like garbage. If your part of the "circle" you get opportunities to advance or are protected. If you are not, your self esteem is chipped away at slowly but surely by being given basic or menial tasks. You are then a good candidate for removal, because you don't contribute to the Team. They have their cute little Parthenon image stuck on your wallpaper and can't even fulfill the first pillar- Integrity.
