So if you could change one thing about Apollo Group/UoP right now, what would it be? The first thing I would change immediately is the compensation model. There has to be a loophole in the regulations that gives Apollo Group to reward employees that perform better than the average.
The second thing I would eliminate is the need for Enrollment Managers. What exactly do they do and what service do they provide? My manager comes in at 9:00, takes a two hour lunch from 11:30 to 1:30 and spends the entire day in meetings. One hour of the week he has a weekly team meeting. After that he doesn't provide any Coaching, Welcome Calls etc. The only time we have a 1v1 is for quarterly progress crap.
