Anon, the problem is tenured, Executive and Seniors are leaving each day. One will get a good job offer and they'll bring 2-3 employees with them. UoP made tons of money off of them and now they wont give them any reward now. Even Joe Dimico has said no advisor should be making 60k a year. The Boat is sinking faster than their stock price.
