Hay new guy Tom. Look around you not one manager or supervisor has greater then a high school diploma. All of them was appointed by the same person by the name of Dirt Cola.
Dirt surrounded himself with a lot of puppets and he was the master. Dirt is gone and for a good reason. The next time you sit down for a hot dog with them or after your morning meeting. Talk with your team you, will see what I mean.
Most of the good guys are gone and ran out for not sucking up to Dirt. You have what is left. No one would buy this place knowing your team is going with the sale. Your best bet is to replace them or re-interview them. Good Luck.
