You guys dont think more layoffs are coming? Why did they push our merit reviews until November? They arent going to give out raises to people they intent to layoff - that would create higher severance package. Just saying... instead of coming on here and complaining about your current situation at UOP... Try to strive to reach above the expectations in order to make the next cut. If you dont like it, people are always welcome to quit at any time.
