Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

@Jacks Buddy. The public community college enrollments are going UP and the CC administrations are actively trying to get more "resources", "cattle", "warm bodies" into the seats. The CCs get funded based on the number of students and with Cal Grants now being barred to Heald Students, the pressure is on to get "those new sources of revenue". The teachers are being pressured to go from 40 to 50 students per class. Given the choice of getting a better education for almost no cost at a local public community college versus spending over $20K at Heald whose credits for the most part don't transfer then it is pretty obvious that Heald's enrollment is going to drop.
