Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Heald college is having more phone-a-thons in the next couple of weeks in an attempt to find more bodies (e.g. students) to fill up the classroom seats. Heald faculty will be spending more time on "student retention" being "asked to volunteer" even more uncompensated time to call up students to "get them back into the seats". The policy of pass now and ask questions later is to be replaced with pass now and never ask questions.
