hmmm, I wonder what the real deal is...there are a lot of top heavy people on board that need to show us what they are made of....and maybe they are made of just about nothing. Don't the line people do the real job...the real work...or do the higher ups do what it takes to keep the students coming forth and educating them on why they need to come to the university? I say pay some close attention to your line people or they will find other opportunities that take their talents to places UOP wouldn't want them to be. Youe directors, and project business managers who do absolutely nothing but think they are doing something because someone once told them they were....ugh! OMG. Change is a coming and it's time to change the people who don't make change a priority...by the way...what is Project 2014 but something that tells everyone it may just be time to move on. Jobs should be forthcoming to those who have spent their time getting UOP degrees but this is not the case. Should you lose people to other companies when you paid for their degrees? How can that possibly make sense?
Good luck
