There is no team because there is no reward to do so. Career progression (stagnation)is a joke and has run off many talented individuals. It seems more like a management protection program than a way to further an employees development.This will continue until they stop listening to the countless yes men that praise any and every decision made and look at the results. There is to much ego in upper management to pull back this obvious problem so they will continue down the path that has dropped the stock form 88 a share to 26.
