I understand that 98% of Roseton’s operators are First Class but only five of them are doing first class work. If Rosetoon thinks that the incompetent first class operators who would rather do the work of third class workers. Then this is what they will get paid - THIRD CLASS PAY.
Sure during the next contract we can create new positions, like outside operator (basement or burner) and pay them at third class pay.
You guys are your worst enemies for allowing this to go on.
