Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Several layoffs in the last 2 weeks company wide, including Colorado Springs ground campus(not sure about online), Largo, Larimee, Gardena, Tampa, Aurora, even Ontario Metro. I could keep going, but it is part of the "natural" cycle of events when enrollments drop as fast and continuous as they have been. Several of the layoffs were labeled as either RIF's or Terms,and they aren't in any hurry to backfill empty non-management positions, albeit admissions seems to be exempt. Check/ask around on your campus and see who is and isn't there anymore. The only way anyone outside the CCI management table would know about this, is if you know someone that has been part of the "restructuring"...FA was the hardest hit this last time around. Divisions cannot continue to run 5-6% student attrition and have the abysmal start numbers that they do, and remain in the status quo. Something has to give!
