CCI does not like it when you ask questions. Their position is sort of like some parents, it is do what I say, and ask me no questions. If you don't do what they say, and ask questions, they ultimately put you in the time out chair at the unemployment office.
This does not mean that you should not ask questions, perhaps if more employees questioned their made up on the spot policies, changes in status, etc. maybe, just maybe CCI would get their crap together.
Problem is most are so afraid of getting fired.
CCI is not beyond firing someone to set an example for others. A firing is your warning to follow what they want you to.
