Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

AnOn said their will be layoffs in August them the last post says there will not be layoffs in August. Which is it & how who's do either of you know? I hear there may be some restructuring so that VPs & campus directors has to take a more active role in running the campus & less of a need for directors so they may get demoted or just cut all together.
