No plan. . . .oh. . . .there is a plan: reduce costs through lopping off HCE's (bonus eligigle types) and long-timers who know how the machine works deep down in the bowels of the beast. Head of Corporate R&D: GONE. Head of Corporate Process Improvement: GONE. Senior sales development guy: GONE. Yeah, that's a surefire plan for success. Message to "car guys:" Speculation is rampant about how long it's going to take for the "wheels" to come off your "car" (i.e., how long to a catastrophic systems failure resulting in elimination of top-level management at the "car?")
