Used to be called Musictech College - then renamed using the last names of the founders: Jack McNally and Doug Smith. Only music programs are offered (AA and BA). The school, operating in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is conveniently located far far away from the national centers of Music industry: LA & NYC.
