I work for one of the smaller campuses in the country and all the drama I'm reading on here NEVER occurs at our campus. We have happy employees, students, and faculty. Makes me never want to leave my campus after reading about some of the horror stories. We don't really buy into all the SSP nonsense and do things our own way.
