Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Hope it's me!!! Yes, it's true, this going to happen & is very sad for those who are impacted if they don't want to be. It'll probably be next week because next week is the last week for this payroll cycle. At least they were more open about it this time, but I wish they would have given more details in regards to what roles will be impacted. It's 300 accross the whole company, not just one region, but that's still a lot of people without jobs potentially. We have had so much attrition from our advisors we now have way to many directors. Our leadership team said our campus won't be affected, but I'm not so sure. Why would they keep so many of us directors with the staff size has shrunk so dramatically? Also, I feel like most of these decisions are being made at a higher level than campus or tvp.
