The shit hits the fan in 2014. They cannot meet the 90/10 title 4 requirement. They will lose all ability to get Government loans and grants for their students. I think the Dept of education has giving them until 2014 to meet that goal for all schools under the CCI umbrella. Slow and painful death until than.
