Doing what you have to do to survive is one thing. Taking pride or bragging to others about selling a ripoff degree is another thing. Admissions is having a harder and harder time filling up the seats and the instructors are much more likely to tell the students the truth about lack of transferability of credits and the poor job prospects.
The gig is up at CCI but it will be a slow long death march. In some states such as California which has banned CCI participation from state college financial aid programs the death march is likely to be faster. Heald FA is running around recalculating financial aid packages now that it has been barred from Cal Grants. What some Heald Admissions and FA people don't know is that Cal Grants are portable. Portable means that the monetary award can simply be transferred to another eligible institution most likely a community college. Once the prospective Heald student finds out that he can get a better education most likely for FREE at the local community college then he is likely to be gone.
CCI eventually will be banned from Federal Student Aid programs. That eventually is likely to be a good couple of years.
