You won't hear news about immediate actual CCI layoffs because said inside information is going to be in the hands of very few people. Said people with that knowledge are not likely to be posting here.
Assuming that you are a CCI employee, then simply proceed under the assumption that every paycheck you receive could be your last.
Just use common sense.
Look at the enrollment at your campus. If your enrollment keeps dropping then your chances of remaining employed keep dropping. Factors that result in dropping enrollment include but not limited to : 1. Prospective students refusing to enroll because of poor educational quality 2. Loss of either state or federal aid 3. Increasing state and federal regulations on for profit schools.
