Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

At the campus where my wife works all the numbers for the Academics Department are better than last calendar year. Some of you mentioned problems in Admissions. Now that the reps can't be given increments based on numbers, they are evaluated on how that help things in other departments whatever that means? One of the things they will be doing is sit in classes. My wife says none of the faculty knows what the reps are supposed to be doing while in class. Has anybody else heard about these classroom visits? Does anyone know what the visiting reps are supposed to do while sitting in? Something seems less than professional.
