Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

They can back stab Helen all they want, but R3 numbers speak for themselves. When you have a positive leader who knows her stuff and leads by example then you have a DM who in turns follows that example and so on down the chain. I've had Helen for over 4 years now as a SM and been lucky enough to see her many times and every time she visits she is so positive and always wants to know what I need to keep being successful in my store. What ever I ask for she makes happen. I've never in the 10 years in retail e er had a RM like her. So keep on hating if you must but you could learn a thing or two from Helen!
