But the market for the dubious education is rapidly shrinking on a daily basis. The world has gotten out on the street that ALL the for profits including but not limited to CCI, Devry, ITT Tech, University of Phoenix, etc. are a big joke. You can fool some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time. The enrollment declines at almost ALL of the for profits is over 10% from last to this year. Compounding the problem is that the new students are of poorer academic quality than those that have left.
