CCI along with ALL of the for profit school industry is likely to take a HUGE HIT in the next year. I expect to see the enrollments to drop off by over 30% in the coming year. The word is out on the street that college is way overrated and you can only find so many new suckers or warm bodies (oops students) to fill up the seats.

You have a feedback loop. The students figure it out that the school is a joke and quit along with telling others. The school is forced to lower their admission standards even more to keep the seats filled.

The employers who were upset with the quality of the prior year graduates get even more upset with the current crop of new graduates.

It would be comical if it were not so sad. Heald College in Milpitas has convicted felons in the criminal justice program. To say that being a convicted felon is a slight handicap in pursuit of a criminal justice career would be the understatement of the year.

The faculty get tired of all the runaround to keep the seats filled and after realizing that you have to pass all the students or get fired simply hand out As to everybody or just quit.

The courses get dumbed down so much that they are even at high school level. Heald gives college credit for the equivalent of a high school algebra class.
