Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

everyone has shoplifters, but when it starts hitting 10% you are in the worst managed stores... its sad because shrinkage was being driven down annually by Anne until they destroyed her budget and she was not able to implement any policies. Now shrinkage is thru the roof. Its another example of how poorly managed this company has become. This wasn't her first time, I am sure she worked her way up to $1,500 of shoplifted goods, that Santa Monica store has too many walls and is too easy for people to steal from there on top of that insider that got busted. That store cost way too much to build, and can never be profitable, I bet we exit that lease within a year.
