Shrink results are the worst ever. If we didn't have so many people getting paid to do nothing than the field could be supported with better talent( this is what you get for minium wage) and more payroll during holiday! Stores were running in 2 part coverage during peak weeks! It was a free for all for shoplifters! Now the field will get blamed for this as always.
