Bonus and raises are gone. Just the higher ups will get thier "spot Bonuses". Because the 400K Plus Kim B makes to send us crap is deserving. The 135K Jenn Stallens (people) makes to sit at home and cut & paste Old Navy documents is deserving. The 300K plus Debbie (SVP of People) makes to sit on her fat ass at home in Kansas is deserving. The 160K plus Robert (People) makes to sit on his ass in NYC and direct the "Life Joke" Alexis or the "Drunk" Kathy is totally deserving! Let's not forget the 25+K in bonuses your RD leaders have collected sitting at home telling you to work harder. At least we know the money is well spent!
