They do not have to give any notice. Just ask any of the corp employees from last years layoff, they were given 5 minutes to clean out there desk and get the hell out. Last time at corp they did 1 week of severance for every year you worked. Then you have to file for unemployment. So based on that, if you worked there for 5 years, you get 5 weeks pay. I think it was different for directors and VPs, but all other employees got the shaft.
