Thread regarding Charlotte Russe Holding Inc. layoffs

I am work an average 47-50 hours a week, my team is the most tenyured in our district and possibly in region, I continue to motivate my team although they have been with me, going into second holiday with no raises and no incentive. When I bonus I always do a pizza party or sub party to thank them. I am trying! I am just frustrated after all that it's still not enough. I get yelled At weekly on my DM call for payroll my DM doesn't come to my store much because I am not a problem store I have low strink and comp. And it's still not enough! My sph has been 135-140 consintenly I am open 6 extra hours on black Friday and still have 218 hours, so I AM doing my job! And if you southern stores are so happy why post annonomously? I also hope you are still happy and content when they announce the store closing in a few weeks, that I can promise you is happening.
