To the individual who commented "If you suck, you get fired" - you are not getting the point all of these individuals are making! Good workers are being terminated along with those who do not perform as well. If one is seeing all of these employees in great numbers being layed off and believes it is because all of these employees are "poor performers" then that suggest the human resources and hiring managers who employ these individuals are doing a terrible job of recruting and hiring. If that is the case, the human resource representatives and managers should be "terminated" for performing their jobs poorly? Do you hear yourself? YOU DEFINITELY SOUND STUCK ON STUPID!!!!!! THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO KEEP YOU BECAUSE YOUR A GOOD FLUNKIE FOR THE BAND OF FOOLS OF UOP MANAGEMENT!
