Does TYCKO & ZAVAREEI LLP bring class action suits on behalf of the employees? It appears that Corinthian Colleges has fired employees who had glowing reviews prior to 2010 nationwide. Since 2010, they've created situations that have caused previously successful employees to fail, when they want to get rid of someone. It also appears that people who have contacted their HR department have been targeted. Current exempt employees are routinely "expected" to work 12-15 hour days and faculty are expected to work split shifts (example: 10A - 2P and 6P - 10P) to get a 40 hour week. It appears that fear and intimidation are the new management standards. Can TYCKO & ZAVAREEI LLP offer any assistance to these people?
