Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I just informed Senator Harkin that the University of Phoenix does not verify student's GED scores or high school diplomas. The University has the student sign a form agreeing that the information provided is true, but again, the University does not take the effort to validate the credentials. They do not ask for copies or original documents of the diploma and/or GED score. This means that a student may not have a high school degree or a valid GED and takes out Federal Loans to go to the college without any credentials. Hopefully, the government will act fast on this matter and shut down this corrupt organization.
